Hello, I have been having difficulty using my card since I got it, or worked for on evening and then not again, I called and they said it was under review for fraud which I do not understand. And now I can’t get logged in. This is proving quite stressful for me as I am currently in hospital recovering from throat surgery and can’t talk properly at the moment. I understand that you want to talk to me to fix this and that is fine but it will need to be next week when my vocal chords are recovered and the swelling has gone down. I did try to contact you using my NGT lite app but I can’t get through on that line at the moment. Can you please either resolve this or note on my file that I will call next week . If necessary I can provide evidence from my doctor to attest to this.**Thank you **Mr David Dobson
