I applied for a capital one card in July and was approved for a secured card I sent in the $** security deposit and was told I would need to provide ID to the post office which I did and they handed me a letter that said I would have my card within ten to twelve business days. I did not receive the card I gave it a week and a half or so and called capital one, the lady on the phone said that my card was sent but she would cancel that one and issue a new card and again in about a week I was requested to verify my ID at the post office which I did and received the same letter that said my card would arrive in **-** business days that was August ** rd . On sept ** ,** and ** I made calls and tried to use the capital one chat option I have spoken to at least * employees of capital one and not one has provided me any help or answer to where my card is and will not send back my security deposit . I am very frustrated and capital one is telling me it’s the post office who is to blame which is strange as I have not had any other mail go missing I need help!!!
