Card Number, Name of Account Holder, Phone Number, Email on Account, Billing Address, and Social Security

In the Credit-Wise box on your website, it stated that my credit info would be updated on June **th of this month. Only when I went to see the update, there was no update, no change. Though there should have been because I paid my balance off in full over a week or so before the **th. So, I'm wondering why was my credit info not updated to reflect this new balance change? Also, I would like my update that should have happened on the **th to be done today, not on the **th which is what the new info in the Credit-Wise box is stating now. Please update my information asap, like it should have been. I shouldn't have to ask you to do something that you claimed you were going to do. Why wasn't it updated to reflect the new balance? Does this happen often? Because if so, that is wrong, and this issue needs to be addressed, it is very important that I have my credit info updated today, Thank you, Thomas Simpson
