Hello, I received a replacement card for my capital one venture card a few months ago because my previous one had expired. Every time I have tried to make a purchase with the new card, either in person or online, it tells me it isn't being accepted. I still have an open account and would like it to remain open. Is this an issue that can be fixed by just sending me a new card or is there something else that needs to be done? Thank you
