Hello,**I was using Capital One app to submit a credit card payment online which was due today November **. The app wouldn't process my payment, I kept getting a loading circle on the screen. I missed the cutoff time and went to make the payment over the phone. I chose the wrong amount so I canceled that payment and went to the app again about an hour later, and was able to submit it through the app finally. I would like to request a refund of the late fee since my payment was late only by *.* hours. *I always pay on time and in full. Thank you so much for your help in this matter!**Julia
