**-*-******Dear Sir:**You advised me a few weeks back that my card was blocked. I called you and told you to keep the card blocked. You did NOT* instead, you allowed charges to continues. They were legitimate charges by my wife, Marie W. Haynes to Food City in Blaine, TN and a couple of other charges made back in East Tennessee.**I’ve terminated charging to CapitalOne because I’m not sure what you people are doing and the fact you charged over $** for fees for non payment. ** For the record, I am ** years old and moved from my address in East Tennessee, **** Low Gap Rd, Elizabethton, TN ****** over the past two weeks My new address is: Kenneth & Marie W. Haynes **** Hwy ***, Washburn, TN *****. **Since I had no Internet connection or telephone and couldn’t receive my mail on time, your penalty fees hit me hard because I pay my bills on time. **Since you have effectively wiped out all credit savings I obtained using your card, I will refrain from using it until the issue becomes clearer. **On the other hand, if you see fit to refund the penalty fees you charged, I am inclined start using the card again. **Thank you for your consideration in this request. ***Kenneth R. & Marie W.
