I’ve been a customer for years i make a payment the next day i have an available credit. This is the first time I’ve made a payment and i have no aviable credit. Why is my avaible credit being held? The money has been taken out of my bank account. I made a big payment on purpose knowing from past experience if i needed it, I’d have the credit card and now i don’t. Up until now i had zero complaints about captial one.
I trust that Capital One will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
