Went online to activate new card. Email given on card doesn't go anywhere. Found it myself. Activation process is seriously broken.* Called on phone, which never answered. Meanwhile I finally fixed it myself. Stayed on phone while I worked to see what would happen. Now, *hr ** minutes later, still on hold. Spent last ** minutes trying to find an email or chat to voice my protest.* Question: Tell me why I would ever want to do biz with such an arrogant company?
