Im currently making *** payments a month on my cap* qs and i applied for a cli because of the inconvinience of the low credit amount that gets maxed out quickly but did not get approved due to a returned payment that happened about *-* months back in may due to me switching bank accounts and the system making * payments (one with the old account and one with the new one). I know it was still my responsibility but it was an honest mistake and i would like to know if its posible for the returned payment status to get removed from my account so i wont be flagged when requesting a cli. If it helps you can check my account history i been with cap* for years and this has never happened before. Thank you for your time.
