If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

On July ** I ordered two gifts from the Smithsonian gift catalog, totaling $**.**. I paid $**.** for gift wrapping, because this was important to me. Unfortunately, Smithsonian sent the gifts without gift wrapping. When I called on Aug. *, they promised to send me, within ** hours, a free shipping label for the return. They never sent the label. I called again, and again they didn't send it. The third time, I spoke to a supervisor, who would only promise to send the same shipping label they hadn't sent earlier. *I would like a refund of $**.**, and since Smithsonian has failed to provide a shipping label, I'd like reimbursement of an additional $**.**. That was the shipping charge for the original order, so I assume that will be the cost of return shipment. *Thank you.
