Have account reopened ... Good Morning,*I am writing today concerning my husbands account which I am also on , ****************, we were notified on Thursday that the account was closed, after speaking to a customer service rep and then being transferred to the fraud dept. we were told that nothing could be done. My husband was very happy that he was approved for this card, since like many we were trying to rebuild our credit after many years of negative things happening in our lives. I made a payment on July * which was an extra payment to try to bring our balance down and increase his credit score, this was my first time making a payment and the account that I used has a checking and savings and in my error I used the wrong account, hence the reason for the return payment, we were not aware until a couple of days later when checking our account, so I immediately made another payment from the correct account, which I believe has gone through we are trying to improve our credit since were are both near retirement age and would like to try and enjoy life a little. We would really appreciate if you could consider opening our account back up, if possible we can set it up so auto payments are done. Please reconsider our account.
