My package has been lost and while following the tracking information given I’ve physically gone to its last stated location (my local post office) and they are saying they never received the package(s). With the tracking numbers provided they cannot locate the package(s) bc when the transfer of possession happens a new tracking number that coincides with that specific post office should be generated. I called UPS and they are saying they gave it to the post office but have no new tracking information...AND they can’t begin an investigation because the sender (CANVASPEOPLE) has to open said investigation. BUT you all have no direct contact and so while my money is gone and my package is lost, I have no one resolving my issue. This is not okay and will do all I can to make it very known that this is how business is conducted with your company.
