We received the notice that the payment for our account did not go through. I was appalled at the amount and the fact that students were finding that items they were using cost us even more. I cancelled the account by responding to the e-mail that was sent us. Now, I find out that our account was charged even though I did not update any information and asked for it to be cancelled.
