My printer is a Canon Pixma MG****, multi purpose. We had a power outage last week and lost internet. It has been restored but we had to change our passwords on TV, computers, cell phones, ipads. We were told we would have to go into settings on our printer in order to make the adjustment and reinstate connection. The printer is on but it is not connected to our PC and Apple computers. Can you help. I have also tried to register with Canon for technical support but have not been able to. Can you please help?
GetHuman-marrgoro did not yet indicate what Canon USA should do to make this right.
