For our Canon MB****, the printer display shows an error: "Support Code *****: The ink has run out. The device cannot continue printing under the "ink out" condition."*I had replaced the Cyan ink cartridge with a new one but once the print heads reset, the "Ink Out" error displayed* took it back out & tried the old one, same error & then put back in the new one* still displayed the "ink out" condition. Please advise how this issue can be resolved asap.*The sales person said "ink system" in the Canon has a security *Thanks,*Dave*Phone: ***-***-****
