Canon used to be a great company. I own four of their cameras (one sine the ****s) and two of their printers. I bought a third printer and the scanner won't work. So I tried to call tech support. I should have done that (as a test) before I bought the new printer.**Canon used to be a decent company and you could talk to a human. These days you first have to register your equipment - which I did - and then call their automated system, and feed it the telephone number that you registered it with. **This is where Canon falls flat on it's back.**Despite the fact that I can see the printer in the web page for my account their oh-so-great system CANNOT FIND THE PRINTER. **AND THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO FIX THEIR SYSTEM THAT CAN'T FIND A PRINTER THAT I CAN SEE IN THEIR SYSTEM!
GetHuman4090348 did not yet indicate what Canon USA should do to make this right.
