I purchased a printing calculator less about a month ago and it's failed. Model is: "Palm Printer, P*-DH V. I no longer have the receipt. It was purchased from a small local store, that will not take the unit back because I do not have proof that I purchased it from them.**Problem with the unit is that when a press the "Print" button, the unit displays an overflow "E" and the unit freezes. As a result, I would like a free replacement from Canon.**Can you resolve this issue. Thank you for your consideration.
