Re.: Climate Action Incentive**Good Day,**In April, like all Canadians, I received a CRA postcard with a big green $*** and “Have you claimed your Climate Action Incentive payment yet?” The card also indicated: Find out more at Canada.ca*climate-action-incentive.**I visited the sight and eventually downloaded and completed schedule **. I then registered and received an online security code and eventually was able to access my account. I followed all instructions given at Canada.ca*climate-action-incentive and found my way to the page for changing my return after filed and assessed. I tried to update line *** with my schedule ** and was informed in a pop-up that line *** could not be revised. I went through all the contact information and finally found a number to call to talk to a human (*-***-***-****). So, I called. The recorded message stated the service was not available in my area (Toronto). After more research I found the only way to contact CRA regarding this matter was by submitting information through the “submit documents” portal. Hence I have created this document to submit. I also learned this is the venue for complaints. My complaint is service oriented. I cannot contact anyone to inform me how to claim the touted climate-action-incentive payment. Further, after going through all the steps the program stalled on the last step and I was unable to complete the submitting process. **Of course, this has been most frustrating due mostly to the inability to contact CRA at all through the post card and website instructions.**Can you help?**Thank you,**Richard
