Help with my Canada Revenue issue

Canada Revenue's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-quilter_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-quilter_'s own words
Initially I was supposed to enter into My Account but even with the assistance of CRA I was only locked out twice so I am at a loss as to why I am being sued. ... At *:** p.m. today I received a phone call from *-***-***-**** stating that I was being sued by CRA because I did not respond to * email requests to on line to My Account and follow instructions. Twice I tried to do as requested but I was locked out of my CRA account and I phoned to request help and twice the help was to no avail. Why am I being sued? Please help me.
This whole thing is frustrating because I do not know what to do.
Just e-mail me and let me know exactly what I am supposed to do.
