Hello, my name is Nick Pedersen. I recently submitted a change of address (COA) for my mom, Muriel Pedersen, with Reference #[redacted]2. Unfortunately, I provided the wrong address. My mom lives in a retirement residence with two facilities on the property, and I mistakenly submitted the address for the wrong facility. The corrected address should be: Old Address: [redacted]-[redacted] Memorial Avenue, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 2P6 New Address: C/O Southview Terrace T-[redacted] 58th Avenue East, Vancouver, BC V5S 4V2 I would like to correct this information promptly. Please let me know what further details you require to assist me with this issue. Thank you, Nick Pedersen

I was given a promised delivery date of Dec. 6, then changed to Dec. 9. Unfortunately, the tracking number has shown no progress since that day. This delay has caused me to miss sending out the gifts I ordered from the Canadian Mint in time. I am worried about the parcel being lost and uncertain if it's in transit or experiencing issues along the way. This shipment includes 5 costly gifts and has been in transit since November 29th after being ordered on September 1st. I reached out to Canada Post already, but I have yet to receive any update regarding the status or location of the package.

We didn't receive a small package on November 24, [redacted], as indicated by Canada Post with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The package was supposedly placed in our mailbox along with another one, but upon checking today, we found 6 pieces of mail from a different street, 10 Parkview Crescent, instead of our address, which is 10 Lakeview Crescent. It seems that Canada Post assumes that once an item is scanned, it's delivered to the correct recipients, but errors like this show that mistakes can happen.

Several times I've paid for registered or ExpressPost (signature required) services but didn't receive any signatures upon delivery. The important documents are meant for the provincial government and are being sent from Victoria plant. The driver is not following the procedure of signing the paperwork upon delivery to the mailroom. I kindly ask for this concern to be brought to the attention of the plant manager. Reference #RN[redacted]75CA. M.S.C. or the contracted driver is not providing the necessary proof of delivery for this premium service. As a retired Supt. of Vancouver Transportation, G. Porritt requests that this issue be addressed promptly. Thank you.

Good morning, I recently received a notification from Amazon stating that my parcel was undeliverable. It was being handled by Canada Post with the tracking ID [redacted][redacted]. The tracking information showed that on Tuesday, 29 December at 6:12 PM, the package was held by the carrier with instructions for the customer to arrange delivery. The initial expected delivery date was 23 December. I need to contact Canada Post to figure out how to proceed. The parcel seems to be in Calgary, AB, Canada.

I visited the City Centre Shoppers Drug Mart in Edmonton, Alberta on Friday, January 8th to collect a parcel. Upon presenting the ticket to the cashier, who appeared to be of Filipino nationality, I was informed that the parcel would not be available until the following day or possibly Monday. When I mentioned that I couldn't read English, the cashier responded callously, stating it wasn't her problem and proceeded to laugh at me. I found this behavior to be extremely disrespectful and uncaring. It was disheartening to be treated this way by a cashier while simply trying to collect a parcel. The disrespect and rudeness displayed during this encounter were truly disappointing.

I would like to report an incident involving an employee named Brianna at [redacted] Yonge Street for discriminatory behavior. On January 10, [redacted], there was an issue where a business owner did not print labels for around 30 packages, causing a delay. When a friend suggested the labels be printed in advance, the business owner responded rudely. Subsequently, Brianna from Canada Post accused my friend of being rude. When I attempted to place my parcels on the table, she refused to assist me, citing my behavior as disrespectful. Another customer vouched that I had not been offensive. Despite this, Brianna remained unhelpful. I believe this behavior is discriminatory and should be addressed by Canada Post promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a delivery intended for Trillium Lodge, Parksville BC. This morning, the delivery was not handed over to the nurse as expected because the delivery person did not knock on the door. The package was returned to [redacted] E Island Rd, V9P 1AO for pick up, but I am located in Ontario and cannot retrieve it. My sister, Lillian G., is a resident at Trillium Lodge and is unable to leave the premises. I kindly request for the package to be redelivered to ensure my sister receives it, as it is challenging for me to manage a pick-up from a different province. Please instruct your delivery service to knock on the door, especially considering the added difficulties due to Covid restrictions. I am anxious about my sister's extended wait for the delivery and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you. Best wishes, Diana W.

I placed an order with Pbaluca, a company I now realize is based in China, on November 10, [redacted]. The charge went through immediately. After waiting for over two months, I contacted Canada Post tracking and was told the parcel entered the Canadian postal system on January 11, with an estimated arrival within seven business days. That time has passed with no package. I checked the tracking number (LZ[redacted]72CN) this morning (Jan. 22) and the update on January 14 shows it was at the sorting center in Burnaby, British Columbia. I am unsure why it hasn't moved since then. Can you confirm the current status of the package and provide an updated delivery estimate? Thank you.

For the past four months, I have consistently received mail addressed to Joseph King at my address located at [redacted] - 35 Tobermory Dr, North York, M3N 2R6. Despite my repeated efforts to clarify that I am unfamiliar with this individual, particularly with correspondence from Cash Money, the letters persist. Even after explaining the situation to various delivery staff members and returning the letters, the issue remains unresolved. Today, a delivery staff member exhibited unprofessional behavior when I reiterated my unfamiliarity with Joseph King. I have stated "not known at this address" on the letters multiple times, with no success. I wish to prevent any future mail addressed to Joseph King from being delivered to my residence. Given the ongoing challenges and the inconvenience of having to repeatedly address this matter, I may have no choice but to dispose of any further misdirected mail. Despite my attempts to correct this issue by providing the correct postal code (M3N 2R7) to Canada Post, the problem persists. It is impractical for me to continually visit the lobby of my building to return these letters, especially considering the current COVID situation.

Hello, I recently sent an Easter card to Newbury, Berkshire, England via Registered mail with the tracking number RW[redacted]26CA. The journey started on Feb. 19 in Leduc, Alberta. It was processed in Edmonton on Feb. 22, and on Feb. 26, it was marked as leaving for the country of destination. Unfortunately, that is the last update I have received. I have contacted the recipient, but they have not received the card. This situation is unusual for me, as I have sent several Registered Mail items to England during the pandemic, and they have always arrived within a month. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cheryl T.

Canada Post did not leave my parcel as requested even though I was available at home during the delivery time. I was waiting for a package, but the latest update I received was a notice indicating I had to pick up the item at a specified location and time. Despite contacting Canada Post at 2:43 PM on March 26, [redacted], the experience with the customer service agent was unhelpful. I managed to lodge a complaint, but the refusal to deliver or reattempt delivery seems to be an ongoing issue worsened by COVID-19 restrictions. The reason provided by Canada Post was that the sender mandated a signature upon delivery, thus ruling out leaving the parcel in a safe drop location. This rigid policy of not reattempting delivery or providing safe drop options appears arbitrary and inconvenient, possibly to redirect customers to their post offices. I find it frustrating to have to physically collect the parcel at a Canada Post office as it defeats the purpose of online shopping, especially considering the current pandemic situation. Despite my efforts to address the situation by contacting Canada Post, the lack of assistance from their live agents is disappointing. The recurrent occurrence of delivery issues with Canada Post is disheartening and does not align with my expectations of service.

This morning around 9 am, a van driver stopped at my house. I saw him from the front window and noticed he placed something in my mailbox. As I approached the front door, he drove off. I discovered a pickup ticket in the mailbox stating I could collect my package at Dundas McLaren PO located at [redacted] Dundas St. in Cambridge, Ont. The pick up time is set for after 1 pm tomorrow. The driver didn't ring the bell or knock, assuming I wasn't home. I'm left feeling like he didn't want to bother looking for my package. Sadly, I'll need to arrange transportation since our family car is with my husband at work. It's disappointing not to receive better service in this situation.

For the past few years, I have faced ongoing issues with receiving my Bell Mobility phone bills. despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with Bell, including reaching out to the CEO, I continue to not receive my paper bill each month. I am meant to receive separate bills for myself and my son, but I only ever receive my son's bill. This situation causes me to incur late charges as the bill payment slips my mind due to not receiving the physical statement. I suspect a possible issue with Canada Post's delivery of my mail. Could you kindly investigate this matter for me? It feels like the sorting department might be mistaking the two bills as duplicates and discarding one. My details are Sharon Leonard residing at [redacted] Hortop Street, Oshawa, ON L1G 4N4.

I wanted to report receiving two suspicious emails that appear to be claiming they are from Canada Post. Both emails request a fee payment for a missing shipping address to deliver a package. I flagged them as spam as they seemed suspicious and were similar to previous spam messages. Here is the content of the emails for reference: Subject: We were unable to deliver your parcel From: CanadaPost <[redacted]> Hi R, Automatic update regarding your shipment: Status: Category B fee is missing Cause: Missing shipping address Fee: $1-2 In order to receive your package, please proceed to our website and click "Continue." Thank you.

I sent a parcel on Tuesday, April 6, [redacted], expecting it to arrive by Friday, April 9. Normally, my parcels to this address arrive on time or a day early. I checked the tracking and noticed it took a route from Regina to Lloydminster to Edmonton, back to Lloydminster, and now it's in Vegreville since this morning but not yet delivered. I realized that the postal code on my bill was wrong; it should be T9C 1V2 for my son, but it shows T9V 1V2. This typo might be why it didn't arrive on time. The V and C are next to each other, likely a typing error. I am concerned because it was a care package for my grandchildren with their favorite treats from Grandma, which might not be fresh anymore or even spoiled by now. I tried calling Canada Post, but after waiting for over 15 minutes, the call got disconnected before speaking to anyone.

Subject: Issue with Delivery of Parcel RU[redacted]12GB Dear Customer Service, I am inquiring about the delivery status of the parcel with tracking number RU[redacted]12GB sent from the UK on March 18, [redacted]. After speaking with a Canada Post representative, I was informed that the parcel was allegedly delivered on March 29, [redacted], at 15:40 to the address: Meera Bharadnaj, [redacted] Strathallan Blvd., Toronto, Ontario M5N 1S9, Canada. The parcel was sent using the International Sign For service, and according to your website, a signature should have been obtained upon delivery. However, there seems to be a discrepancy as the recipient claims they did not receive the parcel. I kindly request that you provide confirmation of the delivery to my email address at [redacted] Additionally, I urge you to update the online signature for this delivery so that I can verify it. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt assistance. Sincerely, Miss R.

Subject: Tracking Number Correction Needed Hello, I recently placed an order with the Bay to be shipped to Corine Hay at [redacted] Broadview Avenue, Suite [redacted], Toronto, ON M4K 2R7. Unfortunately, only the number "4" in the suite address was recorded, showing it as Suite 4 instead of Suite [redacted]. I contacted the Bay to rectify this error, but they advised me to wait until Canada Post has possession of the package before any changes can be made. Could you kindly ensure that the suite number is corrected to [redacted]? Additionally, I was informed by the Bay that my order was split into two parcels, but I have not received a tracking number for the second parcel yet. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Cheryl L.

Subject: Delayed Delivery of Expedited Parcel - Frustration with Canada Post I am Graham Brown residing at [redacted] Wildmeadow Circle, RR 2 Carp, Ontario, K0A 1L0, and I wish to address the ongoing issue with the delivery of my package sent from Mississauga to Ottawa using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. On Tuesday, April 13, [redacted], I made a purchase and shipped it promptly on Wednesday, April 14, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Despite multiple expected delivery dates passing, including Monday, April 19th, and subsequent rescheduling, the parcel has yet to reach me. Today, Thursday, April 22, Canada Post's update indicates further delay without a concrete delivery date. I have attempted to create a service ticket but have been unsuccessful due to the package not being received by Canada Post. I am frustrated by the prolonged delay of over a week and the lack of clarity on when my shipment will arrive. When can I expect the service I paid for? Your prompt resolution to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Graham C. Brown

On March 16, [redacted], I dropped off a 10" x 13" letter at the Alliston, Ontario Post Office with a $5.75 fee for delivery to 2-23 Manominee St., Huntsville, Ontario. The letter had a return address of 5-[redacted] Victoria St. E, Alliston, Ontario, L9R 1K1 in the top left corner. It contained crucial Tax information for my accountant. Unfortunately, my taxes will be delayed as the letter hasn't reached its destination as of April 22, [redacted]. The Post Office's delay in delivering my mail has put me at risk of fines from Canada Revenue. I expect the Post Office to uphold their obligation and provide the service I paid for. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my letter.
