I processed a Mail Forward request yesterday and made a mistake and had it delivered to GD, versus our Florida address. I cancelled this and then processed it to send mail to our address. I was billed twice. How do I get a refund?*Also, I did not think it was processed properly and tried to do it again today, but it says there is already an order to Forward mail. Can you confirm my status?*Dave
