I recently moved and sent out Christmas cards from my new address. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with my mail. Two cards sent on Dec. 2 have returned to me in the same condition. Besides, several letters addressed to the previous homeowner keep arriving at my house. I've been marking them with "Return to Sender - No Longer at This Address." Unfortunately, in the past three days, four of these letters have been returned to my address.

The recipient of the package forgot to include the unit number on the address and provided an incorrect postal code, resulting in the package being marked "return to sender." After speaking with a Canada Post agent and tracking the package, it was found that the package is still in the recipient's city. Is it feasible for the recipient to pick up the original package by providing identification, given that the correct information has been provided to Canada Post? Good morning, Recently, I had a frustrating experience trying to contact Canada Post regarding a business misusing their logo. After finally speaking with a representative and receiving a complaint number [redacted], I was informed that the ticket was closed without further follow-up. I am eager to share the photos I took to support my complaint about the unauthorized use of the Canada Post logo. I made a purchase at American Eagle, and my order was split into three shipments with different delivery dates. One parcel was shipped on December 6 and was scheduled for delivery on December 9, but I have not received it. Another package was shipped on December 9 and was expected to arrive on December 10 or 11, but it has not been delivered. The last part of my order was shipped on December 10, and according to the tracking number, it arrived today, although I have yet to confirm. My concern is that the first two packages have not had any tracking updates for 48 hours and both show they are in Mississauga, despite the fact that I should have already received them. I am unsure why there have been no updates and why they remain in Mississauga.

I sent out crucial documents on November 22nd to the Cayman Islands via express post. However, the tracking information shows that the package was en route from Montreal to the Cayman Islands on November 25th, and there have been no updates since then. I contacted the Cayman postal service, but they confirmed that they have not received the package. This delay is extremely concerning since the documents are time-sensitive and should have arrived on the island by December 5th. It has been nearly three weeks, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue.

I recently sent a parcel to my daughter in December and paid $15 for express delivery due to her not receiving the previous one from November. The tracking shows it's been at the mail room in London since December 9th. My daughter urgently needs it as it contains her prescription, and she will be leaving London on Saturday. I'm incredibly frustrated as I paid for express delivery for a reason, and it's essential she receives it promptly. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I shipped an item via USPS to Vancouver, Canada, and it was processed through the Los Angeles, CA International Distribution Center on December 4, [redacted]. The tracking information states it is in transit to the destination, but there have been no updates since then. It does not appear in the Canada Post system, and both countries do not have any information. I am unable to report this to USPS as the item seems to be out of their system. Recently, there have been delays with my mail delivery. I have noticed several mix-ups with addresses this autumn. Deliveries are being made to the community at night where the area is poorly lit. I ordered clothes for my grandchildren twice, and both times the soft parcels were forcefully squeezed into the small personal compartment. One package even arrived wet from snow, causing the accompanying letters to become soggy. The plastic packaging ripped upon removal due to being packed so tightly. Today, I noticed that one of the units, #1, was left wide open with all the boxes on display. It seems like the courier may not be very familiar with mail delivery procedures. This issue with the open box needs urgent attention, luckily it wasn't mine in that row of boxes.

I was given keys to my community mailbox. The envelope says "Module 2 Compartment 9 at [redacted] Summers Drive." I searched all four mailboxes on that street today. However, none of the boxes have visible numbers, and I couldn't find [redacted] Summers Drive. The lack of clear markings makes it hard for me to identify the correct box. I have another community mailbox in a different town, and its numbering system is much clearer. Can you assist me in locating the correct mailbox to access my mail easily?

Hello, I am inquiring about a package using tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The online tracking information shows that a delivery attempt was made, and a notice was left with instructions on where to pick it up. However, I have not received any notice, and I am skeptical as my address is a business that should have been open at the time of delivery. I am unsure about where to go to retrieve the package now. I am the intended recipient of a personal item with Tracking ID [redacted][redacted]. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered to my community mailbox on Dec 9. However, upon checking, although I found a key for package compartment 2B, the compartment was empty, and the package was not there. I am the only person who retrieves mail from my mailbox, so it has not been picked up by anyone else from my address. This issue is part of a series of problems we face with community mailbox delivery, where we frequently receive incorrect keys for delivered packages. I urge for this matter to be escalated to the management to resolve this ongoing problem. I request that Canada Post locate and deliver my missing package promptly.

I received a call from Canada Post, but I believe it's from the local depot in Surrey, BC. When I try to return the call, it connects me to the main Canada Post line. The caller left a voicemail saying there are two parcels for me, but they need my complete address because the apartment number was missing. I'm worried about my items being sent back to China. I need to speak with someone urgently as they first called two weeks ago.

I recently received a notification for a mail forwarding hold mail service at my home address. The name on the notification is not mine, and I did not request this service. I am worried about potential identity theft. I have tried calling multiple times, but I am consistently placed on hold for extended periods, making it impossible to speak with anyone. I am frustrated with the poor level of customer service I have encountered so far. I urgently need someone to contact me to address this situation and find out who initiated this service using my address.

I sent a 9X12 photo mailer from the Post Office in Williamstown, ON on December 9th. Opted for Xpress Post for prompt delivery to Veteran Alberta. The attendant assured it would arrive in three days. However, tracking showed delivery on Dec. 12th, now postponed to the 16th. Disappointed with the delay after paying extra for expedited service.

I have a larger mail item stuck in my community box as it seems to have fit when the delivery person had the whole front panel open, but with it shut, the opening is now too small for me to retrieve my package. Could you please assist by placing it in the larger compartment with a key in my mailbox so I can access it? A driver in a postal van parked in the disabled parking spot at [redacted] 8 Ave NE, T2E 5W5, on Dec 12, [redacted], around 3:00 PM. When I questioned him about it, he stated he was in a service vehicle and had the right to park there. The license plate was GUY [redacted], unit number [redacted]. As a person with a disability, the complete lack of respect this driver showed is alarming, especially while representing Canada Post. I have a photo of the postal truck parked in the disabled spot. Please contact me to discuss how Canada Post views this incident. My next step will be to involve the media if there is no resolution at the corporate level. Best regards, Stephen B.

I just wanted to share my experience regarding a mailbox located at the corner of Ouellette Ave. and Chatham in Windsor, Ontario. On Wed, July 10, [redacted], I sent a birthday card to my friend in London, and she has not received it yet. Similarly, on Nov 27, [redacted], I sent a Christmas card to my friend in Windsor, mentioning our upcoming get-together on Dec 7th, which she also did not receive. Both instances have made me suspicious, as I specifically remember posting these cards on those dates while working downtown. I am concerned that someone might be tampering with the mail in search of cash.

Hello, My friend sent me a birthday gift with tracking and it showed as delivered on Dec 9. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it in my community mailbox. Interestingly, on Dec 12, I received a package box key in my mail, which led me to my neighbor's package. I suspect my package was wrongly delivered to their mailbox. I am concerned about the misdelivery and would like to understand if there is a way to have my package redirected back to me. I'm also anxious about potential issues with other packages that might be on their way to my mailbox.

I have not received the package, and the tracking information has not been updated since the day it was mailed. The package was expected to arrive on the 13th, but unfortunately, it has not shown up yet. The tracking system seems to be as ineffective as the delivery service itself. The package was sent from London, Ontario (not London, England) to Trenton, Ontario. This situation is extremely frustrating, and it is the sender's second try to get this small package to me. If you check the tracking number [redacted][redacted], you can see the ongoing issues. This experience has left me disappointed, and I no longer have confidence in Canada Post for delivery or tracking services.

This is my third attempt to reach out. I confirmed my address after the initial mix-up with the apartment number. Despite an agent assuring me they had corrected the issue and the package would arrive by the end of the day, another day has passed with no change in the delivery status. I'm now on day 5 since the package arrived in Halifax and I need it today.
