I have been trying to send a gift since **Oct. Both times I paid for express post. The first time the item was returned costing me more then the original postage to get it back. I resent the package express post again along with a second package to a different location, also express post and *** days later they have not yet arrived. I am getting VERY frustrated with Canada Post and would like to discuss this whole issue. These were sentimental gifts to people who had lost their daughter*best friend in a plane crash and here these gifts are being held up! thank you Anne Dunlop *** ***-****
