I am writing to address a package issue that occurred on Oct 30, [redacted], at 12:38 P.M. The package contained 2 pairs of Premium Orthopedic Sandals from China. Despite contacting the post office on Nov 1, [redacted], and receiving Ticket No. [redacted]73, the package still did not reach me. After multiple emails, I received the package's processing details from Oct 17, [redacted], at 6:28 P.M. to its supposed delivery on Oct 30, [redacted], at 12:38 P.M., which I did not receive. I was home during the specified delivery time, but no attempt was made to deliver. I am a senior citizen living on a pension, making the $55.01 spent on the sandals significant to me. I kindly request a refund for the undelivered package. I hope this matter will be given urgent attention. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Clarita Banquerigo.

My aunt passed away recently, and I am acting as her executor. When I visited the Canada Post office at Shoppers in Richmond Hill, I was informed that due to her residence being in a retirement home, they cannot facilitate the mail redirection. The retirement residence, Richmond Hill Retirement Residences, is specifically for independent living, where each resident has their own Canada Post mailbox. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with redirecting her mail to me in order to handle her estate matters effectively.

Hello, my name is Elvis S., and I reside in Toronto. I bought a baseball glove on eBay on November 21, [redacted], intending to have it delivered to my family in Montreal. Unfortunately, the item has not reached them at [redacted] Rosemont, Apartment [redacted], Postal Code H1X1L5. I would appreciate an update on the status of the delivery or if it could be sent promptly to the specified address. Thank you.

I recently got an email from Canada Post informing me that my delivery couldn't be completed as planned. If the package isn't rescheduled for delivery or picked up within 48 hours, it will be sent back to the sender. To arrange re-delivery, I need to visit the closest Canada Post office with the printed shipping invoice provided. There's also an attached shipping invoice to download. I'm worried about downloading something unexpected - could this be a scam?

Hello, I reside in Waldeck, Saskatchewan, and have a strong desire to support our local businesses and keep our community thriving. However, I have encountered some challenges with the current operating hours of the post office. The hours of 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a closure over lunch, make it difficult for many commuters like myself to visit the post office during typical business hours. I am exploring the possibility of extending the hours on certain days to better accommodate the needs of the community. Suggestions include opening the post office later in the evening, perhaps from 10 am to 6 pm, or opening earlier in the morning, from 7 am to 1 pm. These adjustments would benefit those who commute to larger centers for work and those who have commitments on the farm during daylight hours. I believe offering extended hours during the holiday season or on Saturdays, as seen in other communities, could also increase the usage and support for the post office. Overall, I want to ensure that our local post office remains open and accessible for all residents, making it a convenient choice for mail and package delivery services.

I recently made a purchase on Best Buy's website, and today I got a notification from Canada Post that my item will be waiting for me at the nearby Canada Post office. It's disappointing that the mail carrier didn't attempt a delivery since I was home all day and even saw the delivery truck. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I opted for delivery to avoid going out, but now it seems like I might have to pick it up myself, which defeats the purpose of choosing home delivery in the first place.

Every winter, I have my mail forwarded to Texas, which costs me $[redacted]. So far, I've only received 5 pieces of mail. When I called the [redacted] number, they mentioned I had 40 pieces of mail in the system. I was informed by St. Mary's post office that my mail carrier had quit, causing a backlog of mail, including mine. I am eager to receive my held-up mail and would like to be compensated for the lack of service. I believe the situation at the post office needs to be resolved, and I provided my tracking/reference number as [redacted]3. My Canadian address is [redacted] Cobblehills Road, St. Marys, Ontario, and the destination address is [redacted] South International Blvd., Siesta Retirement Village, Weslaco, Texas [redacted]. Despite attempting to call today, I was unable to reach anyone. According to the St. Mary's post office, they are unable to sort mail due to the lack of a mail carrier, which I find unreasonable given the taxes I pay and the fee for the mail redirect service. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Suzanne T.

I recently received a package from China with the tracking number CP[redacted]29CN, and it was supposed to be delivered to my address at [redacted] Coolbrook Avenue, Montreal, QC, H3X 2L3. However, it was mistakenly forwarded to La Prairie, QC instead. I am looking for assistance in getting the parcel returned to Montreal as it is currently pending delivery. Any insights or help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a part from Richmond, B.C., which was shipped by Canada Post. It was sent on Nov 26 and arrived in Calgary, Alberta on Dec 01. It left Calgary on Dec 04, arrived in Montreal on Dec 08, and departed on Dec 09. The new arrival date is now Dec 16. The mailing address on the parcel is in Edson, Alberta. The parcel was supposed to be delivered by Dec 03 or Dec 04. I was relying on the part being here and am now in a difficult situation. Why did the parcel travel all the way to Montreal and back to Alberta? I need clarification on this process. I am frustrated because every day the part is delayed, it is costing me money.

I reside in the Hamilton area. Two weeks ago, I posted 20 Christmas cards from Shoppers Drug Mart on King St. E. in Hamilton, addressed to homes in Hamilton. However, none of the recipients have received any of the cards yet. Interestingly, a letter I sent to Burlington, Ont. on Saturday was received swiftly today. I am puzzled by the delay in delivering the cards. Additionally, on October 8, [redacted], I sent a gift to the U.K. via surface mail, but it has not been received so far. Your assistance is appreciated.

I placed an order with Toys R Us in November, and I received an email confirming a delivery date of November 29th. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Canada Post stated it was delivered, but I haven't received it. Our local carrier had an issue earlier this year, and I worry that my child's Christmas gift may have been delivered to the wrong address and might not be returned.

Reference Number: [redacted]5 It has been three days since I reached out for assistance. I received a package from Amazon that was meant to be a Christmas gift. It was delivered to Mount Pearl 2 Park Ave. PO Box, but the key to the box is currently in St. Anthony, far away. The package supposedly arrived on December 2, but we are unable to find the second key. I am wondering if the package could be at the Centennial Square post office. If so, what identification is needed to retrieve it? My email is [redacted] My mom was the one who placed the order, and I plan to contact the Centennial Square post office in Mount Pearl tomorrow to check if the package is there.

I've been attempting to send a gift since October 25th. I opted for express post on both occasions. Unfortunately, the first item I sent was returned to me, costing more than the original postage. I reshipped it via express post, along with a second package to a different location, also utilizing express post. It has been 6 to 7 days, and neither package has been delivered. This situation with Canada Post is quite frustrating, especially because these were sentimental gifts intended for people who recently lost a loved one in a plane crash. I would appreciate discussing this matter further. Thank you, Anne D. [redacted].

I shipped a package from Montreal to Toronto with tracking number [redacted][redacted] on December 2nd for overnight delivery. However, as of December 4th, it was still in Montreal. Customer service mentioned a refund, but the main issue is that the package was supposed to be in Toronto by Thursday. Despite promises of delivery by Friday, then by end of day Monday, it hasn't arrived. The tracking still shows no delivery confirmation. I urgently need this package for appointments. The tracking information also indicates that the concierge signed for it, which is incorrect. I've called four times, and each day they assure me it will arrive soon, but nothing changes. It's been a week, and I paid $62 for overnight shipping. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service.

The security of mail on Galiano Island has been severely compromised. Today, while collecting my mail, I found a community mailbox tower with its doors locked in the open position, leaving all mail slots exposed to the road. Among the mail, I discovered a letter from my lawyer marked "Strictly Private and Confidential" that had been opened and placed back in my slot. Additionally, a parcel key meant for me was left in my slot, but the parcel inside was meant for someone else. After notifying the local Post Office and speaking with "Shelley," who seemed dismissive of the issue and lacked urgency in addressing it, I am deeply concerned about the lack of mail security on the island. This incident has led to a breach of my personal and confidential information, and I urge Canada Post to conduct a thorough investigation and implement measures to enhance mail security in the future.

I am having issues receiving my orders from Ipsy cosmetics. November's delivery never arrived, and Ipsy tried sending it twice, once through DHL and once through LANDMARK courier. However, they refuse to ship products to my current address. This inconsistency has me worried, especially during the holiday season. I had no problem during the summer, so why now? I request a thorough investigation into this matter to resolve the delivery problems promptly.

I want to address an issue I've encountered at the Montague, PEI post office. The staff is excellent, but they are limited to using only one cash register/computer now. Previously, there were two, but unfortunately, one was removed. This decision seems uninformed about the amount of traffic our post office receives. I worry not just about my personal mail but also because I work for a local small business that relies on their services. Today, I almost had to wait two hours to send a parcel but had to leave to go back to work. Expecting them to manage with just one checkout and scanner is unreasonable. It's understandable why many are opting for other options. I urge for a resolution for the sake of the hardworking employees. Please, a second terminal is necessary! Mary, a concerned customer.

I recently received a delivery from La Maison Simons, consisting of two orders. Unfortunately, I only received two out of the three packages. The tracking number for the missing package is 7[redacted] 3[redacted]. Our mail carrier is Sara Law, serving the Mono area. My details are as follows: Susan E Ralph, [redacted] 3rd Line EHS, Mono, ON L9W 5X6. I've been waiting on hold for a long time, so I'm hoping for a prompt response. I understand mistakes happen and would appreciate receiving the missing package soon. Thank you.

I have not received any mail at RR3 St. Marys, ON N4X 1E9 for the past three days. After calling the local office, I was informed that the regular mail carrier has an ankle injury, and the replacement is also out sick. I spoke with a mail carrier from Goderich, ON who mentioned significant issues last Thursday. It seems like there is a backlog of at least three days' worth of mail. I tried contacting Customer Service but was on hold for 40 minutes before having to hang up. I'm feeling frustrated as there seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone to address this issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Dale Wells 20 Southvale Rd Unit 15 St. Marys, ON N4X 1E9 [redacted]
