Tracking No* LX*********CA**My daughter mailed a small parcel from Kingston Ontario on *st Dec. She was told that regular mail would take up to * weeks to deliver. She therefore paid the extra funds to track the package and was told that this would be a quicker delivery. The expected delivery date was given as Wed **th Dec. No delivery. The tracking info. is NON existent. The only info received as of today is that the package was received in Mississauga on Dec **th?!! Bearing in mind that it was mailed on Dec *st. Can someone please explain to me the point of paying extra funds for expediency and tracking when we have received neither????
