Hi , my item is at the Mississauga facility and it said on Thursday it arrived. Friday I received message saying processed, Sat telling me processed again and today Monday morning telling me processed again. This has never happened to me before. It said on Friday my delivery date would be on May ** due to the holiday. Now when it processed for the *rd time this morning it’s saying delivery time May **. They changed the delivery time on me and it’s processed * times in Mississauga but it should be shipped to the Etobicoke location. That’s where my mail comes from when it says item out for delivery. Always from the Etobicoke mailing office. I don’t know why it’s been processed * times in Mississauga and it’s not showing me it’s heading to Etobicoke yet? Please find out why it’s been in Mississauga since Thursday and it hasn’t been shipped to Etobicoke office for delivery. I’m not understanding this. I guess my question is why did my package process * times at the same location? This has not happened to me before with a package updating * times at the same facility and it’s not even in Etobicoke yet. That’s where it should be for me to receive my package. Thank you.

I won’t know if this is getting fixed until tomorrow cause it’s a holiday where I am today. I need to ask them why was my package processed * times at the same facility. It says it’s processed and delivery time is tomorrow or the next day. But if it stays in Mississauga that doesn’t make sense. It needs to be shipped to Etobicoke facility so they can mail it to me. I don’t know why it’s still showing it’s in Mississauga? No idea. Maybe sometime tonight it will say processed to Etobicoke facility. Once it shows that , I will receive it. But if I don’t receive that message over night then I have to call them and ask why is it still in Mississauga and why did you process this * times. Doesn’t make sense.
