You guys literally ****. One of the worst delivery services yet in **** we still don’t even have the option to opt out of Canada Post as the postal service, to choose a different one.** I placed an order online that claimed shipping should only really take about *-* business days, but I didn’t even receive a tracking number until * full business days later. The tracker had said the package was currently in Calgary, but absolutely nothing was updated until the *th business day. FIFTH. **Nonetheless, the tracker had finally updated and stated that the package has been delivered to the local community box, not long after noon on the fifth business day. **But of course, there’s no package in there nor any additional keys to open the larger parcel box. Called customer service to see if there was any way I could retrieve the key, even if that meant having to go to that location to pick it up. The rep said he had filled out a ticket for me and will be contacted sometime between today (Jan **) and January **. **I was expecting to receive my package long before today, and is now being told there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. **You guys **** and have completely lost a customer, I will try my best from avoid using from you guys whenever possible. Thanks for absolutely no help and terrible delivery service.
