I've often received items marked "Do not fold or bend" that are squeezed into my mailbox, damaging them. It's frustrating when vacation photos, awards, or baby memory book pages get creased. Even after complaining, I was told only senders can raise concerns. I believe compensation for damages should be offered, and mail carriers should be informed about this recurring issue to avoid future damage.

I have a community mailbox. Yesterday, I found a delivery notice instructing me to pick up a package at my local post office. I also received an email from Amazon stating that Canada Post attempted delivery at my home but left the parcel at the post office due to no one being home. I was at home all day, as was my wife, and no Canada Post representative visited. Despite calling the post office, they initially said there wasn't a package for me but later confirmed a parcel from Amazon around 2:40pm. As a 70-year-old with mobility challenges, I rely on Express Post for home delivery. It is frustrating to have to pick up packages from the post office when I paid for home delivery. My tracking number is #[redacted][redacted].

The mail carrier consistently cuts through my garden, and despite installing low attractive iron fences to deter this behavior, they have been broken. Today, my neighbor informed me that it was the mail carrier once again. Additionally, I had to repair my driveway tiles and place a board on top to keep it secure, but for the past five days, the mail carrier has been kicking it down the driveway. I have to constantly reset it. I request that the mail carrier respects our property by refraining from cutting through the garden and kicking the board on my driveway. It is a mere five inches tall, and everyone else can easily step over it. I urge for this issue to be promptly addressed.

I reside in Meadowlark in Calgary and I want to address a recurring issue with the mailman. Despite installing low, attractive iron fences in my garden to deter him from walking through, they have been damaged again, reportedly by the mailman. Additionally, a board I placed on my driveway to fix tiles has been repeatedly kicked down the driveway by the same individual, requiring me to reset it daily. I kindly request that the mailman show respect for our property by refraining from cutting through the garden and kicking the board. It is a mere five inches tall, and others have no trouble stepping over it. I urge for this matter to be resolved promptly.

I have recently received three mysterious packages at my home that are addressed to someone who does not reside here. Each package is from a different sender but all intended for Patrick Monteau, who does not live at this address. Strangely, the well-taped packages are all from various locations in British Columbia and only started arriving after October 17th. Additionally, I found a delivery notice in my mailbox last month for an individual named Yves Merangne, who also does not live in my building. I have taken the action to mark all packages as "Return to Sender," but I am unsure of what steps to take next for these peculiar deliveries.

Canada Post has been a significant topic of frustration lately. The ongoing strike has caused disruptions and delays in mail delivery services, leaving many customers feeling let down and inconvenienced. With reports of numerous mail trucks filled with packages awaiting delivery, it's clear that there are operational inefficiencies within the organization. The author highlights receiving minimal mail while crucial items like medications are pending delivery. They express disappointment in the quality of service and question whether the employees truly deserve more benefits considering the current situation. The author suggests that the company's long-standing union support may contribute to a lack of initiative and accountability among some workers. Overall, the author advocates for improved efficiency and a more customer-oriented approach within Canada Post.

I am awaiting a package that has experienced several delays beyond the given delivery dates. Initially expected on November 4th, the date was pushed to November 11th. Following a holiday on November 13th, the new expected date is now November 16th. My concern lies in the disappearance of all tracking history on November 12th, which was then replaced with current information. The item left China on October 30th and should have arrived on November 9th according to the initial tracking. This discrepancy is troubling, and I am seeking a clear explanation for this inconsistency. I have evidence from the online company’s website, screenshots, and my mobile cache history to support my claim. The tracking number is LM[redacted]13CN. Thank you for addressing this promptly. S. A. I experienced an issue with my package from the post office being delivered to the wrong person. Despite the close address, the name did not match. Unfortunately, the individual who received it opened the package, and 5/16 of the items are now missing. I am uncertain if they were taken or if they were not originally included, as there was no invoice or packing slip. This was a Christmas present that I waited a month and a half for, and I am truly disappointed by this situation. I have images of the package both before and after it was opened. For further investigation, the parcel number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted].

I placed an order with Canada Post on Tuesday, November 27th, and received a tracking number ([redacted][redacted]) on the 28th, stating that my package would be delivered by Friday, November 30th. However, the delivery date keeps getting pushed further and is now showing December 10th. I find it unacceptable for the delivery date to be extended by 10 days in less than a week. I believe a few days' delay is reasonable, but such a significant extension is not justifiable. If Canada Post is unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, they should consider outsourcing to other companies that can provide more reliable service.

I am curious about an item I purchased on Amazon. When I tracked it, I saw that it took an unexpected route. I live in Brampton, Ontario. Typically, my online orders don't leave the province. This situation worries me as I have many packages en route, especially during the busy season. The tracking log shows the package in Calgary, Alberta, despite my correct address in Brampton. I am puzzled by this detour and am unsure how to address it.

I am frustrated with the ongoing delays in my Canada Post delivery. The tracking ID is [redacted][redacted]. The package has been stuck due to weather, natural disasters, and external factors since Sunday, November 25th. It's now Wednesday, December 5th, and I still haven't received my shipment. The latest update shows a departure from an Amazon facility in Kent, Washington. I hope this constant back and forth will be resolved soon.

I placed an order for an Apple Watch from Source on Nov. 23. I monitored the Canada Post tracker daily. When I checked on Friday, the delivery date was changed to Dec. 19-23. I have a screenshot that I shared with my husband when I was worried. I left town on Sunday afternoon, and upon returning Sunday night, I discovered an empty box torn open in my driveway without the Apple Watch inside. It was a distressing sight. They didn't attempt to ring my doorbell, even though I have a wifi-connected security system that would notify me on my phone, allowing me to instruct them on a safe place for delivery. Interestingly, the Canada Post tracker was updated this morning to indicate I would receive it yesterday, which was inaccurate since it had already been delivered. The dates were all mixed up. I feel devastated to be $[redacted] out of pocket. I had anticipated Canada Post to deliver to my mailbox or the local office, not leave it on my doorstep. Unfortunately, this incident has dampened Christmas for my 16-year-old, and I am feeling quite upset.

I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order for my prom dress over three weeks ago, but due to your strike, it won't arrive until January. My prom is this Friday, leaving me with no dress and unable to attend because of this delay. What about all the Christmas presents I purchased online? You have truly impacted my Christmas season. Please consider the number of holidays affected by this situation. Many children may wake up to find their gifts haven't arrived. One of my friends will even have a delayed Christmas because of these circumstances. This has ruined my prom, Christmas, and has affected many others too.

I am disappointed with the recent closure of the local post office outlet in Emsdale, Ontario. As a result, I now have to collect my parcels from the Katrine location, which I find to be unsatisfactory. The parcels are stored in unsecured rooms at different ends of the building, in a disorganized manner. Furthermore, the strong smell of marijuana upon entering the premises is very concerning. This location urgently requires inspection and a new, more suitable site should be established promptly. Additionally, the closure of the Emsdale site has caused delays in my mail delivery. Previously arriving by 11 am, my mail is now often delivered at 3:30 pm or later, impacting my schedule. I am also still using an outdated green mailbox that needs to be updated. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly. Thank you, Shannon N. 11 Gibson Rd Emsdale, ON P0A1J0

While I am currently abroad until May, I have noticed that packages are being delivered to my residence in Calgary. My tenants in the basement suite were not home to receive a warranty return package from Singapore. I am unable to control these deliveries, and although this package might not be the one I am anticipating, there could be other deliveries in the future. My tenants have not updated their ID address but can collect packages from the sub post office. I am willing to provide copies of my passport and Alberta driver's license via email for verification. As an alternative, I suggest leaving packages in the super mailbox for pickup without requiring a signature. How can I arrange this or explore other options before the package is returned to Singapore?

A package was sent from England to my address in Richmond, BC on December 6, [redacted], without a tracking number due to cost concerns. However, it hasn't arrived yet. This delay isn't an isolated incident, and previous instances weren't during a strike. Canada Post mentioned that international mail is still delayed from the strike, yet I received a Christmas card from England in a timely manner. I wonder if the Queen's emblem on the envelope is causing issues with processing at Canada Post.

I am dissatisfied with the delivery service you provided. I placed an online order that claimed shipping would take 2-3 business days, but I didn't receive a tracking number until 2 days later. The package didn't show any updates until the fifth business day when it supposedly arrived at the local community box. However, the package wasn't there, and there were no keys to access the bigger parcel box. I called customer service to inquire about getting the key but was only told that I needed to wait for a response between today and January 16. I am frustrated by the delay and lack of assistance. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will avoid using your service in the future.

Hello, I need assistance in tracking my priority registered letter sent from Poland to Canada with tracking number RR[redacted]22PL. The letter was dispatched on 15th of January and should have reached Canada by now. However, Canada Post does not provide information on foreign registered letters on their tracking system. I have contacted the Polish Post, but international shipments are usually monitored by the destination country's postal service. In other highly developed countries like Australia, Japan, Great Britain, Brazil, Germany, France, and even Poland, foreign shipments retain their registered status with tracking. It is unusual for Canada Post to change the status from registered to standard without tracking. I appreciate your help in addressing this issue. Regards, M.

I am attempting to update my post office box in Petrolia, where they now assign boxes by address. However, I am encountering difficulties as they are requesting a lease. Despite not having a lease, I provided a letter signed by the landlord confirming my tenancy since January 1 at the new address. I urgently need to receive important mail such as driver's licenses, health cards, and bills at my new address. The staff at the post office asked for updated cards with the new address, which I cannot acquire without the updated box information. I feel frustrated as they keep requesting different documents each time I visit, now insisting on a lease. It seems unreasonable to require a lease for a simple mailbox. I believe I have the right to a post office box without such extensive documentation. The process has been confusing and stressful with conflicting information provided by staff during multiple visits. I also did not appreciate being called a liar when I mentioned I had obtained a post office box without a lease in the past.
