The tracking information shows my parcel has been delivered, but I don’t receive it, when I contacted with the supervisor and the carrier, the carrier said he delivered two packages and one of them is mine. HOWEVER, when i checked the monitor with my front door officer, there was only one parcel delivered at that time. The carrier lied to me and I don’t believe my parcel is lost. How can I get a useful help from anybody in canadapost and find my important parcel?
