Help with my Canada Post issue

The issue in GetHuman1217674's own words
Im trying to track a parcel. Tracking halted at Vancouver CA ... UM*********US tracking number.**An international letter left California on Sept. *th, I received tracking to Vancouver where letter last scanned in Sept **th.
This is terribly frustrating for me because I ordered it a month ahead of my vacation, in order to make sure I received it for my trip. Also frustrating as I continually check every track*ng site possible for any news on where the parcel might be.
I would like my parcel found please.
Ive spoken to the sender and USPS to no avail, they have only the information as far as when it arrived in Canada. I signed upfor tracking notifications with Usps and received tracking daily up until Vancouver.
