My name is Madison Edwards, I tried to sign up online to have my mail forwarded from ** Algonquin Ave N (Thunder bay Ontario, p*a*e*) to my new address at *** Fitzgerald St (Thunder Bay Ontario p*a*n*), and after entering my payment information I was prompted to fill out some questions for equifax to confirm my identity. The website is apparently not very mobile friendly as I could not move the page over on my screen to click the “submit” button on these. I have not received any confirmation that my mail will be forwarded, and my credit card has been charged. How can I make sure my mail will be forwarded? I have tried to log in to Canada posts website on my desktop to check but the website won’t seem to load.
