It is not possible to *deliver a parcel at my business address at *:** AM but tracking say they did so and I *really don't know how they did it. I don't know where is the parcel now but I never *receive it. There is no proof of delivery, no signature on the delivery certificate *because there was nobody to receive the shipment.**I have called Canada Post customer service but they cannot help me with this issue and *they ask me to write to to start an inquiry. must now communicate *with Canada Post.
