Help with my Canada Post issue

Package with sensitive content for OSAP application has been delivered - the expected arrival date was August **th yet it is still showing as Out for Delivery. Would like some more information on this in order to ensure that it get's delivered.
GetHuman-matriva did not yet indicate what Canada Post should do to make this right.
