Hi there, my daughter put in a request for new community mail box keys without checking in with me. We live with my elderly mother whose unable to communicate in English or read*write, and have not registered any IDs under this address in the idea that we only be here temporarily. Therefore I will NOT be able to pick up the new keys she had requested due to lack of photo ID. I need to have the service request cancelled*closed immediately, or my mother and I will lose access to our mailbox and her medical documents*records that are communicated through there. The ticket number of her service request was *********. I spoke with a supervisor named Rachelle in the customer service department about escalating my ticket and having it closed, when my phone cut out mid conversation and I lost her. Please let me know when the ticket has been closed. Thank you.
