Dear Sir or Madam,*Unfortunately i have a problem of my international package not being delivered. Tracking number is EP*********RU. It was sent from Russia by courier service EMS on ** April and since * th of May it has not been moving from Canadian post office. Last update dated * th of May says it arrived to L*W. Unfortunately I can't make a ticket since the ****pping is international and tracking number is in inappropriate format, I can't either reach an operator.
