Good afternoon,**I continue to have cooling problems with the * door fridge in my **** Montana camper. I have had the camper back to the Camping World dealer multiple times, with limited success at a resolution.* On my most recent camping trip, we left with a freezer at *** and the box at ***. All good until we got to our site and were presented with *** in the box and *** in the freezer. Once plugged in to the electrical, it gradually returned to normal temps. All gas was on and it was set to automatic on the controls. That was my first problem on this trip.**Second problem: All went well until * days before we were to leave and we had another failure. In the morning when we went into the kitchen the display read ***. By the evening it has risen to ***. On auto and everything seemed ok. Electric was ok as the surge protector was not throwing out bad codes. Outside temps were in mid ***. I was at an impasse as to how to resolve this issue! **I did the following: **. Turned off the unit**. Turned it on and put it on gas**. Went from * to * on the temp settings**. Turned it off again then on**. Set the temp to * setting (coldest)*At this time I was frustrated and went to bed. I got up after an hour to check on the temp and discovered that the temp was dropping. By morning I had a *** temp on the display. It held at that until we left.**Upon leaving I decided to put the fridge on manual gas instead of the automatic that it was normally set at. We did not want a repeat of high temps when we got home and we didn’t. When we got home the temps were as when we left and the box was even lower! As stated I have had this unit in for inspection and repair before. Still have problems.**Is there a resolution to this continued problem? We purchased this Montana with the intent of traveling across the country. This is in jeopardy as we cannot trust the fridge. I have contacted Dometic directly and they will not help in this problem! *What is the resolution to this? Is a new fridge in order?
