I recently discovered an older speaker setup that includes a powered subwoofer model PSW1 with serial number [redacted], Tower 2 speakers, and a Centerstage speaker. The subwoofer has suddenly stopped producing sound despite the power indicator being on. I've attempted to troubleshoot by wiring it both ways, using the line level input (mono) and the speaker level input, with no success. These speakers were purchased secondhand, and I believe they deserve to be appreciated rather than stored away unused. Any assistance or advice on how to fix the subwoofer would be greatly appreciated, as I want to enjoy the full potential of these quality speakers.

I am experiencing issues with my OONTZ Angle 3 speaker, as the Micro USB port is no longer charging. The cable works with other devices, so I suspect the problem lies with the speaker itself. I am open to either receiving a replacement device or paying for an upgrade to a different model. I would appreciate it if an RMA could be issued for the return process. Hello, I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with one of the OontZ Angle 3 ULTRA Portable Bluetooth speakers I purchased on April 20, [redacted], from Amazon. The Amazon Order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving both speakers, I was pleased with their sound quality. However, recently, one of the speakers failed to function after a recharge. Despite multiple attempts to recharge, the device remains non-operational. I am seeking information regarding the manufacturer's warranty for the speaker. If possible, I would like to explore the option of a replacement speaker if it falls within the warranty period. Thank you.

I'm looking for a product that can help enhance communication during small meetings where I call in on my iPhone 7. The current setup with a speakerphone on another attendee's smartphone isn't providing clear audio for attendees who are around 10 feet away from the phone. I require a solution that can connect to a smartphone either through a plug-in or Bluetooth that allows for better audio transmission so both parties can hear each other clearly without needing to adjust the phone's position constantly. It's essential to find something budget-friendly since I need to purchase three for each of my organizations, considering this is a voluntary role for me. I have a CW0380 model radio. The sound works perfectly on AM and FM, but suddenly stopped on Internet Radio. I mainly use it for internet stations, and I can't understand why there's no sound now. I've tried resetting the modem and the radio settings, but it's still silent when streaming internet radio. This issue just occurred out of nowhere. I've used this radio without any trouble for years. It connects to the station, appears to be streaming correctly, but there's simply no sound.

Hello Team, I, Rajesh from India, purchased this item during a business trip to the US. I am currently facing several issues with the speaker: 1) The bass is not working, 2) It keeps turning off frequently, and 3) The sound quality has deteriorated. Initially, I was very satisfied with the product and enjoyed the music it produced, but unfortunately, these problems have arisen. I purchased an OontZ Angle 3 (3rd Gen) - Bluetooth Portable Speaker in black from Amazon. I also paid for the extended warranty, but I have not received any confirmation or information about the warranty via email. I recently received the Oontz Angle 3 Bluetooth Portable Speaker from my Amazon order # [redacted]-[redacted] placed on Feb 13, [redacted]. This is my fourth Oontz Angle speaker, and I primarily use it with my iPhone or iPad; however, I am experiencing an issue with the very flimsy 2-foot micro USB charging cable. Its short length has resulted in frequent falling and twisting of the connection. I kindly request a 3-foot (or preferably 6-foot) USB charging cable to replace the current one. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem with the speaker cable. Despite this cable issue, I must mention that I absolutely love the speaker itself. I own two OontZ Angle 3 Ultra speakers. One was bought in March [redacted], and the other on April 17th, [redacted]. Despite following the manual and online instructions, I am unable to pair them. I recently learned that I may need to update the speakers from my Windows PC using the serial numbers. The older speaker's serial number sticker has worn off over time, while the newer one has it stamped on the case. The newer speaker's S/N is JX[redacted]82. I have exhausted all troubleshooting steps from your website and YouTube. I have spent a day trying to resolve this. If anyone could assist, that would be appreciated. If not, I may have to return them to Amazon. My contact number is 1-[redacted], and I'm unsure if I need additional manuals. Thank you.

I have an older Cambridge SoundWorks amp and speaker system that I haven't used in years. Unfortunately, I seemed to have misplaced the instructions on how to set it up. I would appreciate some guidance on the wiring, as I'd like to connect it to my computer. This particular system, model number CSW250 with the serial number SW[redacted][redacted], is the one I need assistance with. I also have four other Cambridge SoundWorks amp speaker systems for which I have the manuals, along with two surround sound speaker systems from Cambridge SoundWorks.

Can the Oontz 3 or Oontz 3 Plus be plugged into a power source continuously so that the unit is always on and ready to use? I intend to place your product inside an antique radio cabinet to create the illusion of a working radio and wish to avoid having to manually turn it on after periods of non-use. If the product will primarily be used at lower volumes, does the less powerful Oontz 3 offer sound quality equal to the Oontz 3 Plus at lower volume levels?
