On Sunday, March 24th, I visited your Northbrook Court location in Northbrook, Illinois at 4 p.m. to order two BBQ chicken salads to go. I requested a large salad without jicama and cilantro, and a small salad without jicama, cilantro, cheese, black beans, and tortilla chips. Despite confirming my order and asking for adjustments, the small salad had cheese on it when I received it. The large salad also missed black beans and cheese, with minimal BBQ sauce. I believe the sauce containers should be served outside the salads for hygiene reasons. This mix-up was disappointing, especially considering the over $30 total cost. While we enjoy your salads, the recurring order errors make dining in not worthwhile. Despite eating the salads, I hope for better service in the future. A coupon for our next visit would be appreciated to restore our dining experience. Thank you.

I dined at your [redacted] Edinger location and enjoyed our meal, but we had trouble with the new pizza to-go offer. The young waiter, who seemed inexperienced as he made mistakes on other checks, forgot to add our $5.00 to-go pizzas. When we reminded him, he mentioned it would take an extra 20 minutes to prepare the order. By then, it was late, and we would have had to start the billing process over. He had assured us to place the order with our dinner to avoid waiting. Perhaps more training is needed for this young staff member. I have been a loyal customer of your restaurants for years. During the pandemic, my wife and I have been ordering takeout almost every week. We particularly love the cauliflower crust Thai Chix Pizza in the "Take & Bake" option. We have enjoyed it multiple times by bringing it home and finishing it in our own oven. However, I recently tried to order the same item with a salad and was told that it is only available for Take Out, not Take & Bake, despite us ordering it this way before. I inquired why this was the case but received an unsatisfactory answer. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order as I was disappointed that I couldn't get what I had enjoyed in the past. On August 19th, my companions and I dined at CPK in Las Vegas. We experienced disappointment when we discovered that our gift card was not accepted to cover the bill. This unexpected situation affected our trip budget, causing us to forgo attending a show. Throughout the meal, the gift card was visible on our table, with no prior indication that it couldn't be used. As a dedicated CPK customer and a Diamond level member for three years, I have a special connection to the restaurant, especially during my chemo treatment when CPK pizza was essential to me. Despite this setback, I plan to continue dining at CPK. An appreciated gesture would be a gift card for a future visit to share the CPK experience with our friends who kindly sacrificed attending the show due to the bill constraint.
