We are a farm winery LLC in NYS, and we ship our bottled wine to California via ZeroLink (VinoShipper)**We didn't file a tax return for **** since we didn't realize that this needed to happen, but have filed sales tax and use forms through CDTFA**I've received a notice that we haven't paid our tax for **** and therefore have a proposed assessment to pay. Where do I go from here and where do I register as a business on your website?**We are Bright Leaf LLC

I called during operating hours and it turned out that my business situation does not require me to file a CA tax return. I was greatly relieved since I received a notice that I was assessed incorrectly for penalty fees when in fact they were removed in the end.
