I haven't received the letter to certify so I haven't been getting paid. The last date I was paid was July **, **** for the ending date Ju *,****. I noticed the amount was short and that I wasn't receiving the re-certification letters. I called the automated service and they said there has been too much time between the last certification. I tried UI-Online and it says my personal info is invalid. So I tried to open a new claim and that option is unavailable to me as well. I don't know how to get to my info so I can re-certify and I cannot get a hold of anyone on any of the numbers they provided.
