I am only receiving about half of my unemployment benefits as the EDD UI Online is forcing me to Re-Open my case every month.*See letter below that I have sent to EDD.**How I would expect this to be fixed:*Allow me to certify for the weeks I was unable to certify for on line and receive the benefit payments for those weeks along with the Federal Unemployment Pandemic Aid.***Dear EDD,*Since I filed my claim for Unemployment Benefits on ********* I have not received Weekly Benefits as I should have.*I have received benefit payments for only * out of ** weeks, with the latest benefit payment received for week ending *********. *UI Online is forcing me to Re-Open my Claim time after time which is causing interrupted benefit payments. *Below is a summary of my claim activities:*Week Ending*Status***********Filed Claim for UI Benefits***********Paid***********Paid**********No Benefit Payment***********No Benefit Payment***********No Benefit Payment***********Flagged to Re-Open Claim in UI Online***********Paid**********Paid**********No Benefit Payment***********No Benefit Payment***********Flagged to Re-Open Claim in UI Online***********Paid***********Paid**********No Benefit Payment***********No Benefit Payment***********Flagged to Re-Open Claim in UI Online***********Paid***********Paid*As of the date of this letter I have not received any notifications or emails from EDD regarding Certifying for Continued Benefits or Re-Opening of Claim for weeks beyond *********. **I have attempted to contact EDD regarding my UI Benefit Payments every day since approximately ********* trying to get these issues fixed but have been unsuccessful.
