I did login to the UI online to see if there was anything "pending", however it keeps asking if I want to "file a claim", as if I never applied. So, I'm thinking there is an issue, and I don't know how to move forward. Should I file again? Or will this delay payments? Not sure how to move forward with following up with my claim *********. This type of issue is not addressed in the FAQ. If someone files a claim and received a claim* confirmation, and if the person never receives any communication by phone, email or letters, then what is the next step to move forward? Am I suppose to file another claim??????
I want someone to contact me, so I know how to move forward. Should I file another claim? I also signed into my EDD account to see if this is "pending", however the EDD account just prompts me to ask if I want to file a new claim? I think there must be some kind of glitch, I have a claim * confirmation, but no correspondence from EDD. I want EDD to tell me that I should file again for a new claim. How will EDD contact me? The best way to contact me is to email me.
I waited the ** days that it said it would take for someone to contact me regarding my claim, however no one ever contacted me via phone, email or mail, so not sure what is the next step to move forward to get my benefits. Am I suppose to file another claim?
I tried calling EDD, however they are not taking phone calls for weeks, it is impossible to get through to anyone. I mailed a letter to EDD, but still no one has responded.
