On June **, I received an award letter. **Not a denial. **An award letter.**On June ** I tried to certify but the web site did not afford me that option. I wrote edd asking why I couldn't certify.**On June ** I received an email reply that said my claim was invalid. You said to check the letter from the **th for the denial.**I'm supposed to check the award letter for the denial?**No explanation for the contradiction.**That letter was an *award* letter. It stated that my weekly award would be $*** and that my claim period would start in June ****.**I suspect the reply from the **th was in error.**Things are getting very desperate financially.**I respectfully demand that you either:**a) explain why my claim is invalid and what I need to do in order to make it valid, or**b) do whatever you need to do in order for me to restart filing biweekly certifications and resume receiving benefits retroactively**and that you c) do this as soon as possible because things are getting desperate here.
