On ******* I submitted a CLAIM FOR DISABILITY INSURANCE BENEFITS. I received a Receipt Number (****************). I passed this number along to my attending physician who passed this number back to SDI on ******. I have been trying to reach Calif SDI to see whether of not I have a claim started. Is there something more I need to do to file? I have not spoken with anyone at SDI since I got the receipt numbers ** days ago. No mail. No nothing. I spent the better part of two days on hold to speak with someone at SDI.
