I received a late notices for my tags but never received my first letter telling me to pay for my registration. My tags expired on May *,**** but due to COVID-** I haven’t been working. **I’m confused on why I hate to play a late payment when I never received my first notice. Along the dmv extensions I should’ve had more time to pay it (** days). But instead only waiting the ** days and now I have to pay late fees.**Is there anything I can do to just pay the regular fee and not the additional charges?
