In [redacted], my license was suspended for 30 days after experiencing episodes of passing out at home. Between [redacted] and [redacted], I had multiple incidents of passing out, leading to hospitalizations, unrelated to driving. It wasn't until I consulted a natural doctor in [redacted] and discovered my allergy to eggs that the issue was resolved. Since cutting out eggs from my diet in [redacted], I have not experienced any further episodes. I believe the egg allergy was the root cause of my past health problems. I am now dealing with higher car insurance rates due to the suspension on my record. Recently married, I have updated my name to Stephanie Ekross (formerly Stephanie Jacques) with the DMV. I would appreciate any assistance in potentially removing the suspension from my record. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Stephanie Ekross, with driver's license number F[redacted].

In [redacted], my CDL was suspended due to a DWI from [redacted]. Although I completed a 6-week course, the DMV now requires me to retake it. I have limited transportation and need my license back to care for my mother at Skypark Nursing Home. I am struggling financially and emotionally due to these circumstances. I have tried to resolve this issue with DMV but have faced challenges, and now seek assistance. My ultimate wish is to have my case resolved, my record expunged, and for my mother to recover. I hope for a restricted license, help with DWI classes and SR-22 insurance, and possibly a vehicle. Any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and consideration. Sincerely, Terri A. Holmes.

In [redacted], my Commercial Driver's License (CDL) was suspended due to a DWI charge from [redacted]. Despite completing the required six-week course and filing my certificate of completion, the DMV now insists I need to repeat the course. I've renewed my license twice without issue until now. Seeking a restricted license to visit my ill mother at Skypark Nursing Home is vital. I'm dedicated to helping her during this difficult time as she battles Dementia. Unfortunately, transportation is a challenge. My hope is to resolve this situation swiftly, ideally with the reinstatement of my license and necessary support for DWI classes, SR-22 insurance, and a vehicle so that I can continue caring for my mother.

I require a duplicate title for my vehicle. Following my move from California to Arizona, on August 20, [redacted], I submitted the following documents: -Notice of Change of Address (form DMV 14) to the DMV Change of Address P.O. Box [redacted] -Application for Duplicate or Transfer of Title (form REG [redacted]) -A $21.00 check, which has been cashed by the California DMV On October 26, [redacted], I completed an online Change of Address. However, on October 20, [redacted], I received notice that my title application was returned due to an address mismatch in the DMV records. I am now submitting the following documents as requested: -Arizona Driver's License (photocopy) -Passport (photocopy) -Registration Renewal Notice -Change of Address form (DMV 14) -Application for Duplicate Title (REG [redacted]) I have some questions: -The returned document mentions a $21.00 debt. Does this indicate an additional payment is required? -Can I expedite my application process? -My California registration fees are in arrears, but I have temporary Arizona registration. Should I enclose a copy of the Arizona registration?

I sent my Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice on 10/8/[redacted], the due date. However, after checking, it appears the money order I sent hasn't cleared yet. I spoke to the DMV last week, and they mentioned that it typically takes 8-10 weeks for mailed Vehicle Registrations to process. They also mentioned that proof of insurance was required, but there was a discrepancy in the VIN. I contacted my insurance company to rectify the issue. Should I visit the DMV in person to address this matter since my registration is expired, and I can't drive my vehicle until it's resolved?

I had an issue with the San Clemente DMV branch on 3/18/[redacted]. The VIN was not verified when I registered my car, despite having all the necessary documents from the previous owner. I received temporary registration and a new CA license plate but later realized my vehicle was not properly registered. After visiting the Laguna Hills DMV, it was revealed that my original title was missing information and my car was never registered in California, even though I paid the fees and received tags. The Laguna Hills agent advised me to get a duplicate title from Arizona. However, the Arizona DMV stated the title was not in my name. I have an appointment at the San Clemente office on 12/06/[redacted] to resolve this issue caused by their mistake. I am hoping for assistance in rectifying the situation. - AR

I signed up for the 18-month DUI program for second-time offenders, bought SR22 insurance, and visited the DMV multiple times to get my restricted license. However, I was recently informed that I need to have an interlock device installed in my car. I arranged for it to be sent to my local dealership and had the necessary car repairs completed. The dealership mentioned needing a new labor order from the interlock company, but now I'm being told I have to wait 12 months to be eligible, something that was not previously communicated. This adds a significant burden as my DUI program is 30 miles away, making transportation difficult. I hope we can find a solution as this situation is becoming unmanageable, and it's frustrating that crucial information was not shared earlier. Any assistance or flexibility would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have an Intoxalock installed in my truck and am being relocated to Virginia-Virginia Beach on 12/15/[redacted] due to Navy orders. I have a calibration due on 11/30/[redacted], which I can do in California. I need to know my options for getting the device recalibrated in Jan2019 and removed in March [redacted] without having to travel back to California each time. I can provide government relocation documents as proof of my move. I haven't found any information specifying that calibration and removal must be done only in California, just that it needs to be done by an Intoxalock provider. This is my first DUI offense, and I have completed all requirements set by the courts. I'm looking for ways to have my truck/device calibrated and removed in Virginia in compliance with regulations without any issues. I appreciate any help in finding a smooth process for this transition. Thank you.

I am currently serving in the military and was stationed in California where I faced a DUI charge over a year ago. Despite not being convicted, I completed the DUI first defender program as my case was accepted into the Veterans diversion program, resulting in dropped charges. Recently, while renewing my Massachusetts license, I discovered that California had a hold on it due to the DUI, requiring an SR22 form. I promptly changed insurances and had the SR22 sent. However, before heading back to the Massachusetts RMV, I need to confirm if California has received my SR22. Additionally, I was informed about a possible California license reissue fee that Massachusetts may require. I am willing to pay it in advance if possible, either online or over the phone. I would appreciate any guidance on handling this matter without having to physically visit the California DMV. The X number assigned to me as a California driver is X[redacted], and my court case number was 17cr003799. Thank you, Trevor P.

I transferred my California titled car to my friend in Texas in early October. Unfortunately, the title application in Texas was rejected due to a later title issue. I realized I had applied for a title reissue in California in early September because the original title had not been delivered. However, the original title arrived after I had already applied for a reissue, so I used the original title for the transfer. I received a duplicate title after completing the registration in Texas and disposed of it. I would like to request the cancellation of the title reissue in California from September and ensure the original title is effective for the vehicle transfer in Texas. I currently reside in Boston and am seeking a remote resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I submitted a registration renewal request in early November but did not receive any notification before my registration was about to expire. To avoid driving with an expired registration, I registered my vehicle in Virginia on November 13th and immediately contacted my bank to cancel the check I sent to California on November 14th. Unfortunately, the check cleared on November 26th, causing an overlap in registrations and an unnecessary fee. I would like a refund of the $[redacted] paid for the California registration since it will not be used. I have already registered my vehicle in Virginia. Thank you.

My spouse serves in the military and is based in WA but originally obtained a driver's license from CA. During a field exercise away from the base, the CA driver's license went missing. Despite being unable to visit a CA DMV in person, the WA DMV requires proof of the lost license for a replacement. The online system requests information from the lost license, such as the most recent issue date, which is currently unavailable. Balancing a demanding military job and impending deployment overseas, the urgency for a driver's license is critical. The inability to retrieve a driving record due to the online system's strict requirements is frustrating. Access to the self-serve system is hindered without the exact reissue date, even though all other identification documents are available. Seeking clarity on who can assist in verifying identity for system access is essential. Despite having provided various valid identification pieces like SSN, birth certificate, military ID matching the license photo, and insurance details, the obstacle of obtaining a driving record persists. Assistance is requested in acknowledging the sacrifices made in service when facing challenges like these.

Hello, I have been attempting to contact Mandatory Actions since 9:00 am today and waited until 3:30 pm for a call back without any success. I am reaching out for assistance. Recently, I found out that the traffic school I attended submitted my school completion certificate, but they mistakenly entered my birth date incorrectly. As a result, I was wrongly convicted of a traffic violation. After addressing the issue with the OC Courts, they rectified the mistake, removed the conviction, and informed me that they have forwarded all necessary documents to the DMV. However, they recommended that I confirm with Mandatory Actions that they have received everything to ensure the points are removed from my record. My name is D. Christopherson, and the ticket number is DV01472. My correct birthdate is December 11, [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am currently serving in the military in Tampa. My car has California plates as I purchased it there, with tags expiring in November. I contacted the authorities as I did not receive the renewal paperwork, only to find out there was a lien due to a previous tow, which my insurance covered. Despite sending the lien paperwork showing a zero balance via mail two weeks ago, they claimed they had not received it when I called last night. I am inquiring if I can email the documents instead of mailing them to ensure receipt. Additionally, I attempted to update my address on the website but faced difficulty due to having an Ohio driver's license and not being able to register. Any further guidance or support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is D. Glass. I am reaching out regarding a situation with my California driver's license, number F[redacted], related to a DUI incident. Unfortunately, my wallet was recently stolen, and with it went my important personal items, including my ID/DL card. I have discovered that there is a reported accident on my record, which I believe to be false. I have had no prior issues or violations with the law, and I want to make it clear that I am not responsible for any traffic violations, DUI charges, or other illegal activities linked to my name. I am confident that I can prove my innocence and defend myself against these accusations. My only previous traffic violation was in October [redacted], which was resolved in court with all charges dropped and the ticket reduced and paid. I can provide legal documentation if needed. Please feel free to reach out to me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After completing a 9-month DUI program, paying all fines and fees, and receiving a driver's license, I found out that I was supposed to have done an 18-month program. Despite already fulfilling the 9-month term, my license was suspended again. When attempting to enroll in the longer program, I was asked to pay the remaining balance upfront. I am now seeking guidance on potentially obtaining a restricted license or setting up a hearing to resolve the situation. I fulfilled the initial requirements as mandated by the state of California and had my license re-suspended unexpectedly.

I sent all the necessary documents to a Sacramento office two months ago. It is possible I may have used the incorrect office address. I need assistance in confirming if the documents were received or if they were sent to another title office. I am the executor of my late brother and his wife's estate, and I require a duplicate title to register their car in Maryland. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the original title. Additionally, I included a copy of the Nevada registration and a form indicating that the vehicle was no longer in Nevada when they moved from California. – Martha Kay Priest. St. Mary's County, Maryland [redacted].

I sent all the necessary documents by mail two months ago to request a replacement title. It's possible they were misdirected initially to the wrong Sacramento office but hopefully forwarded to the correct title office now. I'm the executor of the estate of James S. Cameron and Claudia Ann Cameron, both deceased, residing at [redacted] Riverwinds Drive, Leonardtown, Maryland [redacted]. The [redacted] Honda Odyssey I need the title for was registered in Nevada but not titled there. I included the required proof and Nevada form in the package. I'm seeking an update on the status of my request as I need to register and title the vehicle in Maryland. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. The codes I received were not effective when attempting to contact a human representative.

Hi there, I am Mark B., and I recently got disqualified from my alcohol program due to missing classes for over 21 days. Unfortunately, I faced some health issues that landed me in the hospital more than once. I used to have my license with an interlock device, but now it's suspended until I finish my course. I received a notification stating I can't have it reinstated until I complete the program. I'm already reenrolled as of 12/17/18, but due to my health problems, I missed a class without realizing it had been more than 21 days. I admit my mistake and I understand the situation, but I really need my license to finish the program. I don't live close to the program and don't have a reliable ride. I still have the interlock device and the required sr22 insurance. Any help on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark
