Impossible to contact Santander using Customer Service telephone number. Since loan is paid off, my customer number and loan number have been purged - and I no longer exist in system.

I need a Notarized statement from Santander Consumer USA that the Lien is Satisfied. (Account * *******) ... Paid off RV, and was mailed title -- originally an Arizona title. Lost title -- and I now live in Calif. Where do I start and what do I do to get a Calif. title?
There is no logical way I can get in touch with them. My Account *, Birth year, Name, and Social Security Number have all been purged from their automated phone system. Those are needed to contact them.
Getting Santander to provide either *. a replacement (duplicate) title, or *. a Notarized form indicating that the Lien owed them by me is fully satisfied.
I've been a customer since Santander purchased this note approximately * April ****. I have never missed a payment nor made a late payment. Our final payment - a cashier's check from AltaOne Credit Union - of $**,***.** was mailed **********. Several days later we received a Debit card for $**.** as a refund for overpayment on the auto loan, indicating that Santander had received and processed our final payment.
I've contacted ADOT where vehicle was first purchased hoping they could provide dup. title* haven't heard from them. Spoke with CADMV where vehicle has been registered for about *-* years* some help.
