Need to speak with manager after losing license. The reason is after repeating the same process of having the replacement license sent over to me two times, I have not received it and I also am not getting explanations for why I'm not receiving them. Contacting the issuance department has not helped either because they don't answer the phone and also, a technician told me that given the records, it probably wouldn't help.
