I have **** SRX. The lights are absolutely useless. It's dangerous to drive. The last time I had it at the dealership, a person was there from MI. He put in a new light but said you won't notice a difference. He was correct. I have called the Cadillac customer service. I have talked to him once and agreed with me that it was dangerous to drive the car. He said he could offer some perks on a new vehicle that would make my payments lower. I told him I didn't have a car payment now. I had to go out of town to a wedding and told him I would have to get a rental car. He said maybe they would reimburse me. He has never called me back and each time I go to his extension it goes to voicemail. I told him I'm not asking for thousands of dollars. I just want a safe car to drive. I'm truly upset with this situation. I have a nice car with **,*** miles and can't even drive it at night. I guess I'm going to keep calling until I get something done or get attorney. I know they have class action suits on this vehicle. I don't want to be the one who dies before Cadillac admits there is a massive problem that includes a lot of people. I can always go to the TV stations. They seem to get results. Dee Merit Vinita OK
