My order number ********* arrived with one of the mugs I ordered chipped and * with the handle broken in * or * pieces. I like the mugs but don't want to reorder because they might arrived broken again. I went to FedEx to return them and on the return it says I'll be charged $*.** for shipping broken mugs back to you I did not break. The lady at FedEx told me the return label you included was not complete as you did not have a spot for the drivers to span so the items might be returned to me instead of going to Cabela's. I have purchased a lot of items the last * years or so. Because of the $*.** being deducted from my refund and the problems in returning them I'll be taking my shopping elsewhere. *Bill Foster
