Hello did some Christmas shopping at your Avon Store in Ohio Bought ***.** worth love the stores here is the Problem didn’t get a cart had * shoe boxes a pair of pants and a winter coat end up losing my eye glass case so I called store today couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone then I called firearms got a hold of David who really didn’t want to help wasn’t his department but he did walk up front and asked girl their about logbook for Items found he was trying to get her to look but she didn’t want to help they thought they had me on hold but I could hear the whole conversation wasn’t their problem he said he looked no glasses no big deal l have worked retail most of my life going to retire next year I never treated a customer like that in all my years and I have had good and bad next time they might want to put me on hold heres a thought also Happy Holidays Thanks for calling Cabela’s how can l help you Sincerely yours Mr George Miller
