I had a disappointing experience with the manager/supervisor, Alec, at CVS on [redacted] N Brea Blvd in Brea, California [redacted] (store #[redacted]). When inquiring about job opportunities, Alec made condescending remarks, embarrassing me in front of other customers. Even though I had previously declined a job offer from the store, I revisited recently to ask about openings. Despite explaining my situation, Alec made sarcastic comments, leaving me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. The encounter was unprofessional and has made me question returning to the store, especially if Alec were to be my supervisor. After my fiancé confronted Alec about the incident, he dismissed it as a joke, but it left me feeling upset and unsure of what actions to take next. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation and whether there are steps that can be taken to ensure a more respectful environment in the future. Thank you, Ryker

I reside in Metairie, Louisiana, and recently purchased medicine from CVS. I requested Mucinex, specifically the 12-hour variant, but was given Mucinex D by Stephanie at the store. Upon realizing the error, I promptly returned to the pharmacy to exchange the product. Unfortunately, Stephanie mentioned that due to the nature of the medication, they could not accept returns. I have not opened the Mucinex D and feel unfairly charged the $22 for the incorrect item. As a loyal customer, I rely heavily on CVS for my prescriptions, and this experience has been disappointing. I kindly seek a resolution for this mix-up. Thank you. - Arthur B.

I have received misleading emails stating that my prescriptions were ready when they weren't. When I visit the pharmacy, I am faced with a 20 to 30 minute wait. To avoid the crowds and slow service due to understaffing, I try to go early on weekends. However, the pharmacy feels deserted in the morning, with only one employee at the cash register. I have made three unsuccessful attempts to get life-saving prescriptions filled. Dealing with CVS has been frustrating, as their service has deteriorated. I feel they have pushed out independent pharmacies to create their own monopoly but fail to provide adequate service. I plan to report these issues to the Pharmacy Board in Rhode Island and the DEA. CVS needs to address their complacency and prioritize customer care.

I was in Miami in December [redacted] and shopped several times at the downtown store. The cashier lady asked me to fill out a form for a 10% discount, but she never mentioned they would be deducting money monthly from my card without my permission. I live in Colombia and cannot make any purchases from your store. I have sent numerous emails, but have not received any responses. I have to close my account because no one understands that I don't live there, and my money is being taken without my consent. This issue has arisen solely from shopping at your stores. Please help me. My email is [redacted] My name is Martha Lucia Díaz Rivera, and my phone number is 57 [redacted]. It's frustrating that no one is responding to my messages. At the moment, I have no choice but to close my account that I have had for many years to prevent further unauthorized deductions. This situation is unfair and damaging my banking reputation, all because of shopping at CVS.

I have noticed a decline in customer service. During my recent visit to store [redacted] in Salinas, CA, I had a disappointing experience with Charles, cashier number [redacted]. While assisting another customer, he was dismissive and did not thank her. When it was my turn, he did not acknowledge me until prompted, and I had to guide him to find the razor blades I needed. Despite mentioning a coupon, he did not inform me about any discounts, and only checked if it was applied after the transaction. To top it off, he handed me my receipt without looking at me or expressing gratitude. Considering I spent $75, I found his lack of basic courtesy unacceptable.

After my eye doctor's appointment, I received a prescription for eye drops that needed immediate use. I visited the CVS at Cotton and Greenway in Surprise, Arizona. Despite being told there was a 15-minute wait, on my return, the pharmacy was closed around 1:30 p.m. on a weekday. I inquired and learned the pharmacy staff closes for lunch at that time. When I returned later, the male employee had a sarcastic tone while giving me the prescription. This CVS pharmacy has a poor reputation for customer service. The staff appeared standoffish and uninterested in helping customers. My suggestions for improvement would be to avoid closing the entire pharmacy for a lunch break and to address the staff's attitude towards customers. Considering my experience, I have divested my CVS stock and canceled my Care Pass, opting to patronize a nearby Walgreen's instead.

I would like to commend Victoria, the manager at CVS in Solon, Ohio. During a recent visit, I realized I had misplaced my wallet just as I was about to pay for my items. I dashed home to search for it and inform my credit card company about the missing cards. While I was on the phone with Discover Card, I received a call from CVS. Victoria had noticed me leave without my wallet and took the initiative to reach out. When I listened to her voicemail, I was touched by her thoughtfulness. She managed to track me down using the pharmacy records and promptly contacted me. I returned to CVS to find my wallet intact. Despite my desire to reward her with a token of my gratitude, Victoria humbly declined, stating she was simply doing her job. I am immensely grateful for her exceptional service and kindness. It's heartwarming to know that CVS has such a caring and proactive individual on their team. Can we please make sure she receives recognition for going above and beyond in her role?

I went to the store and waited in line inside. The cashier finished helping someone, then began organizing pills in baskets. When it was my turn, she told me to go to a consultation. I explained I was in a hurry, but she appeared rude and ignored me. The pharmacist intervened, mentioning a short wait. However, the cashier placed my medication back in the basket. Frustrated, I left because I had an Uber waiting. I feel upset as I paid $25 for the trip and can't afford to keep going back and forth. Although the automated system said my prescriptions were ready, the pharmacist couldn't assist immediately. I'm now home without my essential medications. I might have to wait until Friday to pick them up due to this experience. I left feeling upset and believe the service was unacceptable. I would appreciate a resolution of either delivering my medications or reimbursing me for the Uber fare.

Every month when it's time to get my medication at my local CVS, they never seem to have it in stock. My prescriptions are on file for 3 months, so there should be enough time for them to ensure they have what I need. Today, once again, I am facing a delay in filling my medications because they are out of stock. The pharmacist I spoke to was unhelpful and wouldn't address why they can't keep accurate track of the stock needed each month. This has become a recurring problem for me over the past year, and it's frustrating. I switched from Walgreens to CVS for better service, but if this continues, I may have to look for another pharmacy that can address this issue.

I am having trouble getting my prescription filled at the Broadriver CVS in Columbia, SC. Despite my doctor sending it in three days before I could fill it, they told me on Friday that they couldn't do it due to a lack of medication. When I asked if it could be transferred to another CVS, they finally agreed. However, I faced more issues as the other CVS couldn't fill it either, stating the original pharmacy must do it first. Dealing with severe pain without my medication has been difficult, leading me to wonder what the pharmacy should do in such situations. I appreciate the one helpful staff member I spoke to but overall feel the customer service at this location needs improvement. Waiting for my essential medication has been a frustrating and concerning experience.

I am seeking assistance from someone in the executive office regarding an ongoing issue I have had for the past 6 months. Despite paying $6,[redacted] through my company's insurance contract with you, I have still paid an in-network provider $6,[redacted] out-of-pocket for a pre-approved procedure. The provider received $2,[redacted] from Atana on January 5th, totaling $8,[redacted] for a medical bill charged to me without any discount. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this between your company and the doctor's office, I have not received the coverage refund I am owed. I have documentation and phone records to support my claims. If this issue is not resolved by June 1, I will have to escalate it to the Department of Insurance of Florida, the Florida District Attorney, local and social media, and seek legal counsel. Please contact me promptly. Thank you, Eric Finkelstein [redacted]

I visited CVS this morning to pick up my prescription and do some shopping. Upon seeing me, an employee immediately asked if I needed help twice and insisted on being nearby. Later, he loudly called for loss prevention while I was in the aisle, which made me very uncomfortable. I believe this behavior needs to be addressed in the Laveen, Arizona store #[redacted].

Every month, I encounter difficulties obtaining my Progesterone 200mg prescription (2 capsules). Last month, I placed an order through the app, but it remained "In process." After numerous delays, my husband was asked to return the next day due to the pharmacy running out of the medication. Such incidents occur frequently, causing inconvenience. I am a registered nurse, and I expect better service. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will involve the Texas Board of Pharmacy and the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services. My contact number is [redacted].

On Saturday, my mom went shopping at CVS on [redacted] Broadway, Passaic, NJ [redacted]. The lady who helped her was a Hispanic lady named Siempre. Every time she goes to that store, Siempre always asks where you are from, as if she forgets. Literally, every Saturday, when my mom goes to pay, she is attended by this lady who starts by asking her where she is from. My mom replied from Peru, and clearly annoyed, my mom answered. The lady said, "Why are you looking at me like that? I am not from immigration." Obviously, this bothered my mom. After realizing the silly comment she made, the lady chuckled and said it was a joke, a comment totally inappropriate. If I work in customer service and see a customer in a hurry or looking serious, I stick to my job. In case my mom was there illegally for some reason, tell me, how would she have felt? Not only her but anyone. As I mentioned, it's not the first time she asks these questions, and once there was an issue with a lady and her young daughter, where the lady couldn't handle it and told her to her face. If I see that people are bothered by her actions consistently, she should stick to just ringing up customers and not say more. Now, I keep calling the pharmacy. The first lady who answered, if I'm not mistaken of Asian origin (I don't know her name), if I ask her in Spanish, please, at least let me know if something is not available instead of just hanging up the call without saying anything. I called back knowing it was the same number, and she kept hanging up.

I recently visited the CVS store located at 20 Upper Rock Circle in Rockville, MD on June 8, [redacted], around 5:40 pm. While at the store during a rainy day, I noticed someone trailing me closely as I moved from section to section. Initially in the household section, then the vitamins, and finally at the candy/snack area, I noticed him consistently nearby. When I changed sections, he followed. To handle the situation, I spoke on the phone in another language, causing him to move away temporarily. Even after this, he returned to the same section I was in. Feeling uncomfortable, I proceeded to check out and safely left the store around 6:30-6:40 pm. The person was a black male with short hair, carrying a black backpack, wearing an off-white/gray tee-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. At one point, he was seen with room spray. I am unsure of the procedure for reporting this incident.

I have been receiving repeated calls from someone claiming to be from CVS asking for a Lady Gersteman. I have informed them that she is not associated with this number, yet the calls persist. The person I spoke with yesterday was exceptionally rude and threatened to call me daily. This behavior is unacceptable, and I request an immediate stop to these calls. My number is [redacted]. If the calls persist, I will consider recording the conversations and contacting my local news station. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I am disappointed with the service at CVS in my area. They are short-staffed, and it seems unreasonable to conduct Covid testing in the drive-thru. I waited for 15 minutes, causing a buildup of cars behind me, all because someone was getting a Covid test. Given the current staffing shortage, it would be more practical to have signs stating that all Covid testing must be conducted inside the store. While I appreciate CVS trying to meet customer needs, under the circumstances, this practice should not be permitted.

There have been dispensing errors at the CVS inside Target on Wyoming in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The pharmacists, Lionel Anaya and Joel Viareal, have made mistakes with my prescriptions. Lionel dispensed the wrong number of nebulizer ampules and Joel dispensed the wrong amount of inhalers. When the pharmacy manager, Johnathan, or Intern Zena is there, things run smoothly. However, the floaters are causing errors due to stress and poor communication. These incidents need to be addressed with the pharmacy board to prevent further mistakes. It would be beneficial for CVS to hire permanent staff pharmacists instead of relying on floaters who are impacting the quality of service.

I want to share my recent experience at the store located at [redacted] E Main Street Richmond KY [redacted]. As a regular customer who gets my prescriptions filled there, I encountered an issue with the store manager. When there was a line at the other register, he opened a second one while I was trying to add funds to my Chime bank card. However, his initial reaction seemed like he was bothered by my presence. Despite trying to engage in small talk and lighten the situation, he was unresponsive and appeared irritated throughout the transaction. This behavior was unexpected, especially from a store manager who should excel in customer service and communication skills. His attitude was disappointing and unwarranted. Consequently, I have decided to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens to avoid any future unpleasant encounters with him.
